Visit ep789.click/register and fill in the registration form with your full name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. Choose a strong password, tick the age confirmation and Terms boxes, and submit. You will receive a one-time verification SMS on your registered number. Enter the code to activate your account instantly. The whole process takes under two minutes and is completely free.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use ep789. This is strictly enforced. During registration you must confirm your date of birth and tick a declaration confirming you are 18+. ep789 may request identity documents (CNIC) to verify age, particularly before processing your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately.

No. ep789 strictly allows one account per person. Creating a second account – whether to claim a welcome bonus again or for any other reason – breaches the Terms and Conditions. ep789 monitors for duplicate accounts and any confirmed duplicates result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your account, use the password recovery tool or contact support rather than opening a new account.

On the ep789 login page, click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and you will receive a one-time recovery code by SMS. Enter that code on the recovery screen within 10 minutes and you will be prompted to set a new password. If you do not receive the SMS, double-check the number you entered and try again. If the issue persists, contact support@ep789.click with your account details.

Log in to your ep789 account while your old number is still active. Go to Account Settings and select "Update Mobile Number". ep789 will send verification codes to both your old and new number to confirm the change. If your old number has already been deactivated and you are locked out, email support@ep789.click with your full name, CNIC number and old mobile number so the team can verify your identity and update the number manually.

You can request account closure via Account Settings or by contacting support@ep789.click. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification. Note that if you are closing your account because of gambling concerns, self-exclusion is a better option than full closure – it prevents re-registration attempts and includes safeguards that standard closure does not. Deposits 6 questions

ep789 accepts deposits via: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All amounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are the fastest option and are usually credited within seconds. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes.

The minimum deposit at ep789 is Rs 500 for all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and card payments. The minimum for IBFT bank transfers is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by ep789, though your bank or mobile wallet may apply its own daily transaction limits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly in most cases. If your balance hasn't updated after 5 minutes, first check your mobile wallet transaction history to confirm the payment was completed from your end. Then refresh your ep789 wallet page. If the balance still hasn't updated after 15 minutes and your wallet shows the deduction, contact ep789 support via live chat and share your transaction reference number. The team will investigate and credit your balance manually if necessary.

ep789 does not charge any fee for deposits. The full amount you send arrives in your ep789 balance. However, your own bank or mobile wallet provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) may apply a small transaction fee on their end – this is charged by them, not by ep789, and ep789 has no control over it. For most Pakistani mobile wallet users the transaction fee is zero or minimal.

No. ep789 requires that all deposits come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may lead to your account being suspended pending investigation. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Withdrawals must also go back to an account in your name. If you do not have your own Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, you can create one free of charge using your CNIC.

Yes. In Account Settings under "Responsible Gaming", you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once set, a reduction takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day review period before it activates – this prevents impulsive decisions. Setting a deposit limit costs nothing and is one of the most effective ways to keep your ep789 betting within a budget you are comfortable with.

Withdrawals 6 questions

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals take a similar time. IBFT bank transfers are usually completed within 2–4 hours during banking hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on your bank. ep789's withdrawal team processes requests 24/7, though very large withdrawals may undergo an additional review that can take up to 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal at ep789 is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks. You can make multiple withdrawals per day as long as each is above Rs 500 and your account balance covers the amount.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include: incomplete identity verification on your first withdrawal, attempting to withdraw to an account not in your name, an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met, or a technical issue with the payment provider. Most cricket and sports bets at ep789 are settled within minutes of the match or event concluding. For complex markets like top tournament run-scorer, settlement happens at the end of the tournament. Winnings are credited to your ep789 balance automatically as soon as a bet is settled. You can view the status of all your bets – open, settled and void – in the Bet History section of your account.

If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined, all pre-match bets at ep789 are voided and stakes returned to your balance. If a match produces a DLS result, ep789 settles bets according to the official DLS outcome. For in-play bets, settlement rules depend on the specific market and are described in the Terms and Conditions. Partial match completion may affect some markets differently – check the terms for the specific market type.

The minimum bet at ep789 is Rs 50 on most markets. Bonuses & Promotions 5 questions

ep789 will never ask for your password, one-time SMS code or mobile wallet PIN through any channel including live chat, WhatsApp or SMS. Any message doing this is a phishing attempt. Yes. In Account Settings under "Security", you can enable login SMS notifications. Every time your ep789 account is accessed from any device, you will receive a text message to your registered mobile number. If you receive a login notification that you didn't initiate, change your password immediately and contact support.

Responsible Gaming 6 questions

Log in, go to Account Settings and select "Responsible Gaming". Choose "Deposit Limits" and set a daily, weekly or monthly limit in PKR. Lower limits activate immediately. Raising a limit requires a 7-day waiting period before the new (higher) limit takes effect. This cooling-off period is there to protect you from making impulsive decisions. Setting a limit costs nothing and is strongly recommended for all ep789 Members.

Self-exclusion permanently or temporarily closes your ep789 account to all gambling activity. It is for Members who feel they need to stop gambling entirely. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months; permanent self-exclusion is also available. To activate, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Alternatively, email support@ep789.click with subject "SELF-EXCLUDE" for immediate manual processing. Any balance is returned to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

A cool-off period temporarily suspends your ep789 account from all betting and deposit activity for a period of your choosing – from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Unlike self-exclusion, your account and balance remain intact and resume automatically after the period ends. A cool-off cannot be reversed or shortened once activated. It is available in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming and is ideal if you want a short break without permanently closing your account.
