Important: These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and ep789. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ep789 platform. Using ep789 constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the ep789 website, mobile web platform and any associated services operated under the ep789 brand at ep789.click ("the Platform"). The entity operating the Platform is referred to throughout these Terms as "ep789", "we", "us" or "our". The registered user is referred to as "you", "your" or "the Member".
By completing the ep789 registration process, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. ep789 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Access to the Platform will be suspended pending verification if there is any reasonable doubt about a Member's age.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by ep789 including but not limited to: cricket betting, PSL betting, sports betting, virtual sports, poker, Teen Patti and live dealer games. Specific product rules may supplement these Terms and, where they do, they are to be read alongside this document rather than as a replacement.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
ep789 is strictly an 18+ platform. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing funds or participating in any betting or gaming activity on ep789 under any circumstances.
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated system.
- You may only hold one active account on ep789. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded user on ep789 or on any connected responsible gaming register.
- ep789 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold Member accounts or place bets.
Age Verification: ep789 uses automated and manual age and identity verification processes. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
3. Account Registration
To use ep789 you must create a single registered account. During registration you are required to provide a valid mobile number and create a secure password. You may be required to provide additional information for verification purposes at any time.
- All information provided to ep789 must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Notify ep789 immediately at support@ep789.click if any registered details change.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ep789 login credentials. ep789 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Member has failed to secure their login information.
- ep789 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or allow another person to use your ep789 account.
- ep789 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and to combine balances, pending bets and transaction history from multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
- Any winnings generated through a secondary or duplicate account will be forfeited.
4. Deposits & Payment Methods
ep789 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
- The minimum deposit amount at ep789 is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted at ep789's discretion.
- All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your ep789 account within seconds under normal conditions. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
- ep789 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which ep789 is not responsible.
- ep789 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
- Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement exists to prevent deposit-and-withdraw misuse of the payment infrastructure.
5. Withdrawals
ep789 aims to process all withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are typically completed within 2–4 hours during standard banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.
- The minimum withdrawal amount at ep789 is Rs 500.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods previously used to deposit. ep789 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Before your first withdrawal ep789 may require identity verification including a copy of a valid CNIC and proof of mobile wallet ownership. This is a one-time process and does not affect subsequent withdrawals.
- ep789 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security reviews on accounts flagged for unusual activity. Members will be notified if this applies to their account.
- ep789 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider may apply charges for which ep789 is not liable.
- Withdrawals from bonus-funded balances are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
ep789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are governed by both these general Terms and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page at ep789.
- ep789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel any promotional credit if there is evidence of abuse, collusion or exploitation of the promotion.
- In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.
- Winnings generated entirely from bonus funds, before any real-money contribution, are treated as bonus-derived winnings and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- ep789 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus credits already granted to Member accounts.
Responsible Use of Bonuses: ep789 encourages Members to read the wagering requirements of every bonus before opting in. A bonus with a high wagering requirement may not be suitable for all players. You can always choose to decline a bonus and play with real money only.
7. General Betting Rules
All bets placed on ep789 are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules stated on the relevant product page.
- Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by ep789, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Member.
- ep789 displays odds in decimal format. The stake amount is included in the total return – for example, a Rs 1,000 bet at odds of 2.00 returns a total of Rs 2,000 (profit of Rs 1,000).
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
- ep789 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error, technical fault or data feed failure. Affected Members will be notified and stakes returned in full.
- Bets placed after an event has started, where ep789's pre-match market has not converted to live betting, will be voided and stakes returned.
- ep789 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet from any Member at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
8. Sports Betting & PSL Betting Rules
ep789 covers a broad range of sports markets including Pakistan international cricket, PSL, international football, kabaddi and more. The following rules apply specifically to sports betting at ep789.
- All sporting event results are determined using official data from the relevant governing body. For PSL matches, the official PCB result is the settlement source at ep789.
- If a match is abandoned before the minimum required number of overs or periods, all bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the market has been settled in full before the abandonment.
- For PSL and cricket betting, matches completed under DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) rules are considered official results. Match winner bets are settled based on the official result. Total runs bets are handled according to the specific market description shown at time of placing.
- Live betting markets at ep789 are updated in real time. Odds are not guaranteed until a bet is confirmed by the system. Bets submitted during a rapid odds change may be declined or offered at revised odds.
- For void markets, the affected leg of any accumulator/parlay is treated as a non-runner and the bet is recalculated on the remaining selections.
9. Casino & Card Game Rules
ep789 offers Teen Patti, Poker and live dealer games. All casino and card game outcomes on standard tables are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Live dealer games use physical cards handled by trained dealers on camera.
- The RNG used by ep789 is independently audited and certified to produce statistically random, unbiased outcomes.
- If a technical fault, disconnection or system error interrupts a game round before a result is determined, ep789's system will void the round and return all stakes to Member accounts.
- For live dealer games, if a card is accidentally revealed, misdeal or technical broadcast failure occurs before the round is complete, ep789 reserves the right to void the round and return stakes.
- Game results displayed in your ep789 account history are the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of any dispute, ep789's server logs are the authoritative source.
- Collusion between players at ep789 card game tables is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ep789 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ep789 platform in ways not available to ordinary users.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, to exploit bonuses or bet limits.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing errors or exploit bonus structures with guaranteed profit and no genuine risk.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds for money laundering purposes or using ep789 as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activity.
- Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
- Colluding with other players in poker or Teen Patti games to manipulate outcomes or share information about cards.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the ep789 platform.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing ep789 staff or other members through any communication channel.
11. Account Suspension & Closure
ep789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
- Upon account suspension, pending bets already accepted and confirmed by ep789 will be honoured unless the suspension is related directly to the specific bet in question.
- If an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus-derived funds in the balance will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to wagering requirements will be returned after a review period of up to 30 days.
- Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ep789 support. This does not affect the Member's right to responsible gaming self-exclusion, which is handled separately through the Responsible Gaming tools.
- ep789 may close an account where it has been inactive (no login, no bet, no deposit) for a continuous period of 12 months. Members will be notified before any dormant account action is taken.
12. Responsible Gaming
ep789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help Members control their gambling activity and we take our obligations in this area seriously.
- Deposit Limits: Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. These take effect immediately when reduced.
- Session Time Reminders: ep789 can send reminders after a set session duration has been reached.
- Cool-Off Period: Members can take a break from gambling for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account remains open but betting is disabled.
- Self-Exclusion: Members can permanently exclude themselves from ep789 for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
ep789 encourages any Member who feels their gambling is becoming a problem to use these tools proactively and to visit our full Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or escape from problems.
Must be 18+: ep789 has zero tolerance for underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds will be frozen pending identity review.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of ep789 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.
- ep789 collects personal data including your mobile number, payment details and betting history for the purposes of providing the service, complying with legal obligations and, with consent, sending promotional communications.
- ep789 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies as required by law.
- All personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. ep789 retains transaction records for a minimum of five years as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
- You have the right to request a copy of the data ep789 holds about you by contacting support@ep789.click.
14. Limitation of Liability
ep789 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform is available and functions correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
- ep789 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- ep789 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from your use of the Platform beyond the return of your verified real-money stake in circumstances where a technical fault demonstrably affected the outcome of a bet.
- ep789 is not responsible for any telecommunications or internet connection costs incurred by Members when accessing the Platform.
- In all cases, ep789's maximum liability to any Member for any single incident shall not exceed the PKR value of that Member's account balance at the time of the incident.
15. Changes to These Terms
ep789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ep789 will notify registered Members via the contact details held on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications that do not affect Member rights, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
The current version of these Terms is always available at ep789.click/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the ep789 platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically, particularly before each PSL season when ep789 may update its sports betting settlement rules to reflect any changes to PCB match regulations.
