7. Payment Data & Pakistani Wallet Security

• When you make a deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash, the transaction is processed directly through the respective mobile wallet API. ep789 receives a transaction confirmation and your masked wallet number (e.g. 0300-XXXXXXX). ep789 does not receive or store your full wallet PIN or password.
• Withdrawal requests from ep789 to your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet are processed using the wallet number confirmed during your first deposit. ep789 does not accept withdrawal requests to wallet numbers that differ from your registered payment method without going through a formal update process including identity verification.
• ep789 will never ask you to share your mobile wallet PIN, JazzCash MPIN or Easypaisa account password through any channel including live chat, WhatsApp or email. If you receive any communication claiming to be from ep789 that asks for your PIN, please report it immediately to support@ep789.click as this would be a phishing attempt.
• For IBFT bank transfers, ep789 stores only the bank account title and masked account number required to process your withdrawal. Full account numbers are stored in encrypted form and are not accessible to ep789 customer service agents.
